In June 2006, Dave and a group of fellow franchisees formed a new company, KPI Acquisition Corp. (“KPI”).  KPI acquired the KnowledgePoints® education system and selected assets from the former franchisor and its holding company.  As a result, KPI is the new franchisor for KnowledgePoints® in the United States.  Dave currently serves as Chairman of the Board of KPI.

Dave is a business executive with extensive management experience in both the public and private sector.  Prior to the formation of EEE, Inc, he spent twelve years at WSFS Financial Corporation (“WSFS”), a $1.8 billion regional banking institution.  Initially he was part of the management team that helped to “turn-around” the Bank from the brink of failure to a healthy and well capitalized banking institution.  In his most recent position at WSFS he served as Managing Vice President – Director of New Business Development.  In this role, Dave provided leadership at the executive level to explore and evaluate new business lines and growth opportunities for the bank.  In addition, Dave managed one of the bank’s most unique and profitable business units.  He also served in various retail banking and financial management positions during his career at WSFS.  Prior to joining WSFS, Dave worked for three years with SEI Corporation as a Divisional Controller of the Financial Services Division.  Before SEI Corporation, he worked approximately five years in public accounting, with the majority of his employment at Arthur Young & Company.
